The list below are the advantages of using Contra Vision® TT™ to make interior mounted see-through graphics.
While Contra Vision® TT™ is a great product with some wonderful advantages, it does not work in all applications. When deciding to purchase a roll of Contra Vision® TT™ please consider the following:
Contra Vision® TT™ is a very unique product that when used with the right combination of equipment, materials and application, can save you money, time, and effort.
| Since Contra Vision® TT™ is designed for interior mounted window graphics, there is no need to put an over-laminate to protect your graphic from the harmful elements of the outdoors. |
Another great advantage of interior mounted window graphics is that people can not vandalize your precious prints. The graphics won't be touched, peeled up, or even marked on. This alone can keep your graphics installed for a long long period of time. |
Interior graphics hardly get dirty and hardly need to be cleaned. Perforated graphics are meant to be seen through and it is then important to keep the holes clean or have a laminate over the print. Using Contra Vision® TT™ for interior mounted graphics prevents this problem all together. |
Installing graphics indoors has some nice advantages for you 'the installer' as well. Wouldn't you rather spend 20+ minutes inside where it is 72° or would you rather have your winter coat on and no gloves? Enough said about that one! |
| Installing graphics has never been easier when you do it with Contra Vision® TT™ and our clear perforated vinyl. What do you do when a job comes in asking you to put up see-through graphics over the skywalk or highway oasis? Do you put up a ladder or truck? Do you outsource the job? Do you turn it down? With Contra Vision® TT™ you can do it in your shop and take all the profits. |
Most sign shops don't have access to screen-print equipment, which would make it impossible to perform interior mounted see-through graphics. Even if you do have access to screen print equipment, Contra Vision® TT™ is clean, dry, fast, economical, and easy to use. It is easy to make a single print, as opposed to burining screens for the particuliar window size. |
| Like our FrogSkin54™, Contra Vision® TT™ is designed to transfer only to PVC and EcoSol or Solvent based inks. It therefore will resist bridging cut-gaps and perforated holes. This makes it a simple and clean alternative to screen-printing which often have problems with covering the perforated holes. |
| Contra Vision® TT™ is a dry black/white coating. It is a heat-activated ink and never gets wet. Our ink is instantly dry and cured in minutes, not days. With Contra Vision® TT™, you don't need drying racks. |
| Contra Vision® TT™ is easier to use than you can imagine. Our recommended method requires you to install it on your laminator like any normal film except that we want you to manually pull off the liner after laminating. Using Contra Vision® TT™ you will save on average 2 minutes per laminator setup! Our product is so easy, all you need to do is follow the instructions here. |
| When you are sending your fresh print through your laminator it may come out curled, but the curl goes away instantly once the liner is pulled off the print. This advantage makes installation easy. |
| This is a huge advantage that can save on average 6 minutes per job, no matter the size. Imagine being able to print & cut all in a single step, then laminating afterward. With Contra Vision® TT™ and FrogSkin54 you can do that! |
Contra Vision® TT™ significantly cheaper than screen-printing black and white. It is also competitive to exterior mounted see-through graphics. Visit our Online Store to see the pricing. |
One of the best advantages to Contra Vision® TT™ is that waste is held to a minimum. It is easy to achieve perfect results, but even if there is a defect you can resend your print through with a small patch of Contra Vision® TT™ and nobody will ever know.

| To achieve a good, consistent coating, it is essential that the instructions and settings are carefully followed and that suitable equipment is used. Recommended top roll temperature needs to be heated to 225°F. The laminator needs to be well maintained with a constant temperature across the roller and no damage to the top or bottom roller coatings. |
| Contra Vision® TT™ coats common 'full solvent', 'mild solvent', and 'eco-sol' inkjet printing ink. It is not currently compatable with UV cured inks or aqueous inks. |
| Contra Vision® TT™ was designed to transfer onto clear perforated vinyl. ZeroNine offers clear perforated vinyl and we recommend using our supplied material. Order it from our Online Store! |
| Since this product is designed for interior mounted window graphics, it is not ideal for tinted window applications. If the window is tinted, the graphic would appear much darker since the viewer would have to see through the tint first. |
