FloodCoat White™ Step by Step Instructions

1.) Pre-set your hot-roll laminator to 250°F on the top roller, 18 "/min, and approximately 60psi.

*Before printing, be sure to mirror your graphic so that it appears in the correct orientation when it is applied on the inside of the window.

2.) Print your window graphic onto clear calendared or static cling pvc vinyl. You can see in the picture that there is no white and it is difficult to see the image.

*We recommend Eco-Sol or Solvent ink only

3.) Setup the FloodCoat White coating on your hot laminator like any film laminate. There is no liner take-up or adhesive on the product, so setup should be fast.

4.) After your graphic has been printed and plotter cutted, clean it with a lint-free cloth.

*We recommend using gloves when handling your print, because fingerprints or dust can affect the quality of the transfer

5.) After allowing the fresh print to cure, send it through the hot-laminator using the settings earlier stated.

6.) After laminating, set the print on a table. Carefully peel away the release liner and then throw it away.

*Temporarily mounting the print to the table using masking tape can make this easier for larger prints.

7.) Peel the vinyl liner off and the print should appear in the correct orientation with the solid floodcoat of white ink on the back. To mount your graphic, clean the window first, then apply on the inside using soapy water and a squeege. 8.) Enjoy the print from the outside.
