FloodCoat White™ Step by Step Instructions

1.) Pre-set your hot-roll laminator to 250°F, 18 "/min, and approximately 60psi.

Design and print your graphic with an eco-sol or solvent printer. Before printing, be sure to mirror your graphic so that it appears in the correct orientation when it is applied on the inside of the window.

2.) Setup the FloodCoat White coating on your hot laminator like any film laminate. There is no liner take-up or adhesive on the product, so setup should be fast.

*We recommend Eco-Sol or Solvent ink only

3.) After your graphic has been printed and plotter cutted, clean it with a lint-free cloth.

*We recommend using gloves when handling your print, because fingerprints or dust can affect the quality of the transfer

4.) After allowing the fresh print to cure, send it through the hot-laminator using the settings earlier stated. 5.) After laminating, set the print on a table. Slowly and consistently, peel away the release liner and then throw it away. *Temporarily mounting the print to the table using masking tape can make this easier for larger prints. 6.) Peel the vinyl liner off and the print should appear in the correct orientation with the solid floodcoat of white ink on the back. To mount your graphic, clean the window first, then apply on the inside using soapy water and a squeege.

7.) Enjoy the print from the outside.
