Using the Gerber EDGE® printer

  1. Wire - 20-22 gauge
  2. Vinyl electrical tape/wire nuts
  3. Wire strippers
  4. Scissors
  5. Inverter/Power Supply
  6. Digitel EL material
  7. ZeroNine Conductive Foil
  8. Conductive Tape

Step 11: Installing Film

Install the laminated lamp into the fixture. Turn on the lamp.

Step 12: Installing Overlay

Install your graphic overlay in front of the laminated EL lamp. Make sure that the overlay lines up with the lighted area.

In the example shown, a printout from a color laser printer was used as the graphic overlay.

Step 13: Enjoy!

Set up your display and your done.
