1. Wire - 20-22 gauge
2. Vinyl electrical tape/wire nuts
3. Wire strippers
4. Scissors

7. ZeroNine Conductive Foil

Step 4: Printing Settings

Click Substitute, Vinyl and select 3M Scotchlite 280 Reflective Sheeting. Then Click OK.

Click Settings, and select the two Darker Heat radio buttons. Then Click OK.

While remaining in the Print Options menu, Right Click on the Jet Black color and select Double Print. Because this is a '3 hit' substrate.

Finally, make sure "Prime with Same Color" box is checked. Both colors should show Jet Black. Then exit.

Step 5: Loading the Printer

When printing with the Conductive Ribbon, it is important to remember that the Digitel material always needs to be printed on the WHITE side with the CLEAR ITO closest to the front of the printer.

Make sure that the Digitel material is clean by wiping it with a dry lint-free cloth.

Step 6: Printing your Lamp

The Gerber EDGE® will ask for the Jet Black foil and instead you should put in ZeroNine's Conductive Foil.

If you used a Primer and a Double Hit, the Gerber EDGE® will print ZeroNine's conductive ink three times.

Step 7: Cutting the Lamp

With a pair of scissors cut the lamp away by slicing along the width of the material.

Until you become more experienced, you will always want to incorporate and keep the CLEAR ITO edge as part of your design because one of your electrical leads needs to be hooked up to it.
